Pro: Homemade Churros.

Con: I strained my lower ab muscle (Grade 3) doing crunches, so I'm going to be laid up for the weekend.

  2. I dis-located both knees caps running, Tendinitis in my shoulder from all the swimming and I'm always pulling something when I do free weights, I'm a mess. Rule of thumb is to ice everything when it first happens.
